We are continuously trying to stay ahead of the crowd with our wide tire conversions. Our latest improvement is built-in LED brake/running/turn signals in the fender. Yes, they are BRIGHT and they are cool. You won't find this with any other wide tire conversions for stock Harleys.

Chubby's Choppers LLC is dedicated to providing their customers with a great value for their hard-earned money.  The Chubby's Chopper 300mm wide tire swingarm is compatible with OEM (stock) HD® Softail®  brake assemblies, rotors, and final drive belts.  Our wide tire kits are designed to fit OEM Softails® without requiring offset of the tranny.

Wheel, exhaust and driveside brake system upgrades available. We can match your existing paint or give you an awesome custom paint job for additional cost. We can also customize a pillion pad or make a two-up seat for additional cost.

Due to popular demand, we have put together a basic upgrade kit for our wide tire conversions with the most popular features our customers have requested. Please keep in mind we can customize your bike any way you want with paint, wheels, exhaust, motor work, etc. If you don't see what you want, give us a call!

  • Renegade chrome wheel set (front and rear) with matching polished front rotor and chrome rear pulley - any style

  • HHI chrome 4-piston rear right-side drive brake caliper kit with rotor and rotor hat

  • Martin Brothers chrome Daisy Cutters RSD exhaust with heat shields

WARNING: The 2007 and newer Harley Davidson softails are NOT compatible with right-side drive transmissions and therefore 300mm wide tire conversions. Harley has completely changed the drivetrain, motor and other parts.  Many aftermarket performance motor parts, open belt drives, and other custom parts will not work! For our wide tire conversions, we suggest you look for an Evo or Twin Cam softail  2006 or older. We'll make it look, sound and run better than new.
