We are dedicated to producing a quality, affordable product with all the necessary safety features to make your ride a safe and smooth one.  Chubby's Choppers wide tire swingarms are stronger than the OEM (stock) version currently on your bike and will outlast the rest of the framework of any motorcycle.  You don't need a custom frame to use our wide tire swingarms!

Chubby's Choppers 300mm Wide Tire Swingarm safety features include:

• Construction from 1 3/4" diameter with a wall thickness .124" DOM tubing that is stronger than the original  manufacturer frame parts.

• CNC machined ends with locking adjusters for axle placement

• Precision 1" insertion of machined ends into tubing for reinforced strength

• 1" diameter solid steel axle

• Precision and uniform angle bending of tubing arms

• Professional welding of all components

• Precision fit for 300 mm wide tire conversions of most Twin Cam Softails®.  We specialize in wide tire conversions and believe you shouldn't have to chop the swingarm to fit the frame.

We will weld the tabs for stock brake applications on request at no extra charge.

Now available! We recently redesigned our swingarm with LED turn signals built into the swingarm for a sleeker look and easier installation. These are not the same as light caps added to the ends of the swingarm as you may have seen elsewhere...these are LED fiber-optics built directly in...no bulbs and no external wiring!
